Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 days, excluding holidays. Free shipping is available for all jewellery without tracking. If you would like tracking, it will be sent with flat rate shipping for $15. Flat rate shipping is offered for any other item, which includes tracking. Flat rate shipping is $15, FREE on orders over $100 across Canada.

Local deliveries are offered (Newmarket, Aurora, Bradford, Holland Landing and Sharon) free of charge. Deliveries are made weekly on Thursdays but we can always accommodate for special circumstances.

Local pick up from our store location: 250 Main Street South, Newmarket, ON, L3G 3Z5. Pick ups can be ready within an hour (within business hours). Please wait for confirmation of the order being processed and bring your email confirmation with you.
